>>58227666Going down the list I feel like Staint, Knottweiler, Thinlyveil, and Fandoom are some of the single-stagers that stick out the most as needing evos. Puttkey could maybe have one too, though it does also have a signature item that boosts crit ratio.Asquay, Kcloc, Screwdra Driver, Whistal and Gemmablaster are single-stagers with fairly high BSTs, they could probably have pre-evos.Nehash, Coolord and Vanipod are two-stagers that could maybe use another stage.Cindken could potentially have a pre-evo for the sake of having a 3-stage earlygame bird, but I suppose at the same time we don't really need one.

Odd Effigy: A strange object depicting what is believed to be an extinct species. When held, increases the user's damage by 40% if they lack a type, and boosts the base power of moves without a type by 50%. It seems useless.
