Hitting 40 isn’t bad, there’s a reason for that saying “life begins at 40”. I’m in my 30s now (turning Nidoking years old this month), and it feels like an awkward transitional period, like a second puberty that lasts a decade. You aren’t a young 20-something who can be as stupid as you want anymore, but you’re not old enough to feel like a fully grown person who has a more timeless appeal, at least if you’re a man. Almost all of my favorite characters are either young or 40+.

I am turning Pikachu years next month and it makes me very anxious. Any advice by wise Wigglytuff anons on how to enjoy my life?

Going for the wrong person will make you miserable for the rest of your life, only marry the person that would make you happy even without having sex.
