What other region is the most pandered to outside of Kanto? I feel there's a strong case to make for Sinnoh and Unova

Johto Pokémon were was probably the least shilled of the first 5 gens until very recently with PLA and it’s telling that unlike every other region Johto has no shillmons side from Umb/Espeon (ironically they seem to be the most shilled of the Eeveelutions), Suicune and maybe Ttar. Ironically within the last couple years Hoeen seems to be the one be one laying behind but having top tier shillmons like Blaizken, Gardevior, Rayquaza, and having the most megas will always keep it relevant.

Game Freak are more willing to directly reference Johto, Sinnoh or Unova over Hoenn now.
