what are your honest thoughts about Pikachu? Pic attached is my favorite design for them
Pikachu is a friend...Cute, but fast and just strong enough to win fights. I will never forget bringing Pikachu through Misty and Lorelei.I think this is the best art.
Pikachu loves forging for berries in the woods… So wish they were real…!

Early Advantures Manga rendition is the only 'chu design i like. Nu-Pika is a body snatcher; not even the same species. I havn't read the later manga series, so i dont know if the design changes at some point.

>>58231773>>58233130I think it was based on how the Gen3 sprite makes their tail look like it has a subtle notch. But yeah, Game Freak are stupid for not going with that and doing something drastic instead.

Great design. Don't care as much for modern baby-headed chu, but it's alright in its own unique way. Love Raichu as well. It's a good mascot for the franchise.
