I don't think that's likely, but I can see them running a L: Z-A ad in the Direct going over the 4 revealed megas at the same point. They've shown off L: Z-A in every Nintendo Direct that wasn't a dedicated focus direct, or showcasing 3rd party support (so the March Switch Direct and the S2 reveal Direct, which both featured L: Z-A and some minor new details) and now Nintendo are focusing on in-house efforts again, I suspect they'll tack on another vid for L: Z-A before its launch next month.
