I'm not fully convinced playtesters would have seen it, given Zeraora's a Mythical and they wouldn't hand out Myths to playtesters. Wouldn't be surprised to find out transferring a Zeraora in unlocks its stone, like Diancie unlocked the Diancite in ORAS if you entered a pokémon centre with it in your party.
