Kek. Would be interesting see Mewtwo meet Femtwo and Mewtwo learning that their "species" can actually mega evolve somehow. Mewtwo and Femtwo can also get into funny situations together as they get pestered by an mischievous Mew that has started following them around.

Fun fact, in all animation this is the first time Mewtwo has been shown under a trainer and it's a little girl. Red may have caught the fucker but in one of the specials but he never got to use it in battle like Elaine did against Green/Blue
