I've been thinking, Freeze Dry. Ice should resist Water and Water should be naturally be weak to Ice. It just makes sense. With that in mind, Freeze Dry needs a rework. It should deal double damage to Water types in addition to super effective damage. And with that change its distribution should also be reworked. It should be more precisely given to certain mons to act as a Water type floodgate for the meta. Glaceon, obviously, fits this role. I also think Hail should be reworked into a new entry hazard. Something like Spikes but it deals more damage in Snowy weather. Ice types would be immune to it.
Give Umbreon Cloud 9 for both Weather and Terrains.
