Would the battle bond buff still apply when it mega evolves because it gets a new ability when it does that still Greninja being the only pokemon to have 3 unique abilities is crazy especially because for now you can't breed battle bond to a greninja you have to get the one from Alola and hold on to it all the way to now to have that power legitimately making it one of the rarest pokemon to own
