Fags tend to forget Raichu has an oddly really good movepool, besides great Electric STAB, it gets Surf, Focus Miss, Alluring Voice, Grass Knot and Upper Hand to cuck Kingambit.
Nasty Plot to set up and one of the funniest and most underrated moves in the game in Speed Swap, I remember running a really funny doubles team in gen 8 with Belly Drum Snorlax being supported by Speed Swap Raichu, I got so many disconnects from fags who suddenly realized my +6 attack Snorlax was moving towards them at the speed of a bullet train thanks to Raichu's help.

I really wished Pikachu and Raichu both got access to the LGPE moves, Pika Papow, Splishy Splash and Zippy Zap in spite of the retarded names were so incredibly good.
Though unrelated, the Eeveelutions getting the LGPE moves would do wonders for quite a few of them.
