How do I encounter a Frigibax at Dalizapa Passage? I've been searching for hours but I can't find one no matter how hard I try and the one I did encounter, i defeated it.Why can't you just catch a pokemon that's fainted? How do i catch this thing without making it faint?Why did gamefreak make a pokemon game that would keep me up all night trying to find one pokemon? All pokemon should he equal to catch.

Like a reverse situation to the Fallout world, they reached a futuristic level of tech despite being similar to us culturally in their timeline.
