It is weird that they used Gen 2 and 5 mons for the starter trio in the first Legends game, and did the same for the next one. What are they gonna do, make Legends 3 but your only option is Snivy? Or make it Snivy, Litten and Popplio just to complete the trio of generations that PLA started.
