ILCA are somehow even more retarded than GF so they couldn't even get that right.This is art made for ORAS. That doesn't mean ORAS was ever going to be a free camera, full 3D game. These pieces are comissioned to give the devs an idea of how that place would actually look like in a more realistic 3D setting so they can then translate it to 2D.
