the entire board is basically at war with itself, and clearly, this situation will never improve, and the rules that state this should not be done have never been and will never be enforced.Also I'm sure that whoever made that OP map is a fucking "pokemon world is not earth-but-slightly-different"-subhuman.South kalos would have been nice to be there though.
