Switzerland and Sweden feel like they are at least part Normal, given their "nothing ever happens" nature. Sweden certainly has a claim on steel for its metal mines and fighting for its many wars, and of course ice. Switzerland is tougher. Could definitely have rock too for the mountains, gold and bunkers. Case to be made for flying even, because of high altitude. Now that I think of it, I'd give Chile flying/rock, for the Andes, for the andean condor, and for general altitude.
