Typhlosion is fine but Growlithe is easy to find and fire type in general isn't super important. Meganium learns good moves like reflect, light screen, and synthesis and it's stats are better than several common grass types. So if you rank them in terms of Meganium likely wins, as it's the highest value pick of the possible choices when compared to it's alternatives.
