I used one in XY because it's the only Pokemon that can learn Stored Power at a reasonable level. Clefairy doesn't get STAB, Ralts learns it at minimum 54 (Gardevoir/Gallade at 80/64), and Natu and Munna are exclusive to Friend Safaris.It worked well enough.

Male Meowstic gets Prankster + Fakeout which is fantastic utility.Female is a pure Special Attacker, but her stats aren't as high as other Psychic mons. Delphox is right there.
