>>58318346I don't think we need Blissey to be any more annoying than it currently is. If any early gen pink blob needs a Mega I'd say Wigglytuff needs it the most. Blissey and Clefable are already excellent meanwhile Wigglytuff is basically completely useless, even for in-game. Plus if Jigglypuff got Scream Tail I feel it's fair Wigglytuff got something too. Similar to how Raichu finally started to get things recently after only Pikachu got them for like the longest.
