Why numerically jump 3 gens every main expansion so far? Johto to Kalos still fits that model, for the remainder of gens/ the inevitable 10 set.

I fell for it, I’ve opened 25 of the new pack, hoping to fill out holes in the collection (super cool how they don’t actually fill in the card dex, but at least I have them) The last 10 I opened gave me a grand total of 5 news. 3 of which were reverse holos of cards I already have120 glasses for 2 new cards guess I’ll kmsIt’s nuts how the pack made for catching up and filling in your collection is actually the complete opposite where it doesn’t fill in your dex, and the odds of getting anything for the average returning player is so low that you might as well pull from old packs.It’s probably good for new players, but I thought this was meant to be a special anniversary thing to help out the people who have stuck with the game for the past year. It really feels like the worst possible thing for veterans desu.As for counting for a separate dex, god forbid the whales with everything skip this one. I think giratina darkrai is part of the reason why i despise pokemon pocket. Its a deck that usually loses when the opponent draws the right cards, but it excels on jewish methods to prevent that. For example darkrai gira should get slaughtered by buzzwole decks, but it just doesn’t. Darkrai tina can just silver, red card, mars and hope you end up with a bad hand. It sadly works very often, they are sitting on their ass shuffling your hand and praying you draw poorly.
