This description kinda seems to imply that the cast of Z-A is adults. I mean, kids don't exactly rent hotel rooms by themselves. I wonder if this will be the start of Pokemon shifting towards an adult audience with casts of young adults.I mean, with all the depression spreading through Japan, I feel like they're trying to tap into the market of people who feel they've lived through their prime already (ironically partially because of Japanese media basically worshiping the teenage years). Honestly, I'm all for it. Having young adult protags makes it aspirational for kids who feel like shit for growing up and makes it more immersive for adults. Call me crazy, but I'd rather imagine hanging out with adults than with children any day of the week. Even older teens feels weird to hang out with now that I'm in my 20s.

Kids in the Pokémon universe go off on globe-trotting adventures by themselves when they’re 10, why wouldn’t they be able to stay in a hotel?Not to mention there’s already been hotels in the series the child-protags could stay in.
