With 2026 being the 30th anniversary+gen 10 the chances of us getting a new eeveelution is pretty high in my opinionwhat type would you want it to be (assuming we don't get introduced to a new type)
I want them to absolutely piss everybody off and do something stupid like making a second water type evolution. Just something so unfathomably insane it mindbreaks a whole new generation of schizos.

Probably Dragon as all the special types pre-gen 4 got Eeveelutions and it feels odd to single out Dragon in specific, especially being that it's one of the most popular types, if not THE most popular type. Plus it'd complement Sylveon really well the same way Espeon complemented Umbreon and Leafeon complemented Glaceon. Interesting to note though, in the past we ALMOST got a Poison type Eeveelution as well as a Flying type Eeveelution. Because according to the beta and leaks Umbreon was actually going to be Poison originally, not Dark. That somewhat explains why a lot of its Pokedex entries mention it having poisonous sweat. And we were going to get a Flying type Eeveelution but apparently it looked too similar to fan designs and so they scrapped it. So Poison and Flying type are not unsafe bets. Personally? Probably Ghost. Not sure why. Just seems like it'd be cool. I find Ghost types pretty intriguing in general. And I kind of like the idea of a friendly ghost type of Eeveelution or something like that. Or perhaps even a scary ghost type of Eeveelution. Lol.

Honestly? Normal. I just really wanna see what they could come up for it. The obvious route would be to just make a bigger Eevee but I kind of hope they don't do that. Like make it look like a normal type but different than Eevee. Give it a quirk or something to make it stand out from Eevee.
