It's fully capable of stretching out that neck whenever it wants and it would look uncanny as hell
>>58369682I personally don't think any of those look straight up awful but in relation to the others I think that Rhyperior, Ambipom, Licklicky, and Tangrowth are the lamest ones, and that's in reference to both design and stats.The others though are pretty much objective improvements. A lot of them were basically completely unviable prior to their evolutions, especially Yanma. Plus even if you don't like the evos at least they get Eviolite now, which especially benefits Porygon2.
