I stopped seriously collecting pokemon cards during early x and y era but recently I've had the urge to open up a booster box for old times sake and I can't find destined rivals booster box anywhere for retail I know the tcg has been booming in recent years but how long has it been like this and why?

pokemon is being treated like crypto meme coins
Zoomers and Dudebros treat it as an investment and not a hobby. A shame, as someone who enjoys playing the actual card game.
