What will gen 10's central battle gimmick be?
cum moves, it's like a z-move, only with cum
>>58390218Gen 9 was types I would guess Gen 10 would be dual abilities? Other than that fusion or it will be some other stupid type of evolution or form change
>>58390218Fusions, but they will be generic except for ones they want to shill, like Charizard + Lucario or something.
>>58390218Idk, some stupid bullshit again. Super pooper forms that are only gonna be for kanto mons, whatever the new mons are, and like 1 mon from Alola.
>>58390218Switch attacks. Chosen shillmons get 1 attack they use when they are switched in. Or this >>58390239
>>58390218If the next region is indeed based on Greece they might do something related to gods and mythology. Like, regular Pokémon can become Legendary or something stupid like that.
>>58390218They're just going back to megas, there's no way they invested this much into them on ZA only to drop them again half a gen later.
>>58390218Evolution, moves, and types are things fundamental to the series and all have things covered. I'd say abilities, but I'm not sure how they could make it interesting enough. With Gen 10 also being the 30th anniversary, as much as I hate to admit it, I could see something like fusion (probably Kanto restricted because muh anniversary)
>>58390550Along those lines, it’ll feature Legend Evolutions. Unlike Mega Evolutions, which are the empowered form of an entire species, Legend Evolutions allow a mon to embody the form of a single legendary individual of their species. For example, Machamp can Legend Evolve into Atlas, a Machamp that lived long ago. It is said to have carried a massive stone sphere for a century straight to train.
Metamorfosis! Fusión
>>58390218Baldaunt.
>>58390218They’ve already done Evolutions, Moves, and Types, so my guess is the next gimmick is Items-based. Maybe Armor/Gear that you can equip, most mons get a generic cloak or a helmet or something, with special gear for certain shillmons
>>58390218abilities work more like moves. You can have more than one and sometimes certain ones can be activated. Quantabilities are special, once-per-battle ability effects that...
Spirit Evolution.Any pokemon can, once per battle, evolve into its next stage in a "spirit form" (it's the model but transparent over the regular model, doing animations in tandem, with some spooky effects alongside) and it gains its stats and its ability - as if it were that mon with no other issues. So, as an example, chansey holding eviolite would gain Blissey's stats and gain a spirit Blissey, yadda yadda. You can also chain the Spirit Evolution to another mon; have one mon in your team hold the spirit chain or whatever, but activate it with a different mon, and it can evolve using that other mon's next form. You have a shelgon in the back with a spirit chain, and you have a full-on tyranitar in the front? Spirit Evolve to gain Flying-type as your secondary type, Intimidate as your ability, and your stats change to Salamence's stats. Or whatever. You can also force a Spirit Devolution on the opponent instead; if you have a mon holding the opposite of a spirit chain whatever and you use it, the opposing pokemon will devolve to its prior form, changing typing, ability, and stats where appropriate. It's a jojo reference I guess.
