>Drampa is already born looking like an old guy and without cloud related powers
For this concept to make sense, Drampa shouldn't be able to breed so we would have have the ones found in the wild

It's like that one movie about the guy born as an old man and regressing to being a child

Too bad retcon pre-evos are a dead concept, this thing would really benefit from it.

Pokemon breeding has never made a lot of sense. Kangaskhan hatches from an egg with a baby in its pouch. Don't think about it too hard, it's one of those instances where you just have to separate lore from game mechanics.

Makes no sense but it's kino holy shit

Do you think this is the first time a Pokemon's lore doesn't match breeding mechanics? Bulbasaur is born without a bulb and Vulpix is born with a single white tail, pretty sure there are others too.
