Even among such a soulless place, Dallas stands out for being completely devoid of any culture.Practically any other US option would be better. California? Midwest + Great Lakes? Pacific Northwest + British Columbia? Florida + Caribbean? Full on Mexico? New England + Quebec?Texas would just suck as a pokemon region.
