What would happen if I put this in my Switch right now? Would Nintendo permaban me?
If you attempt to use the online functions, probably (there was a SLEW of retarded children got their 3DS banned because Moon leaked early and they NEEDED to try the online shit before launch). I've always waited until official launch before connecting online, but have been playing early whenever stores ship my copy early.

Meaning people should be able to hold their water before attempting to play it (I'd still wait until it was live in my territory before attempting the online shit, but it's moot, they only charged me for my copy after 12 AM).

>>58413965It was because it was a dump of the game and not a cartridge. A bunch of people with the same game ID tried to go online pre-release. They all got banned for being retarded. A legit copy where you are the only one with the game ID is likely not going to get banned because Nintendo has handed out review and preview copies so they don't want to ban those people.
