Starters.

1. Kanto? Megas, Gigantamax forms
2. Johto? Two Megas and Hisuian form
3. Hoenn? Megas
4. Sinnoh? ....
5. Unova? Hisuian form, and Mega. GF says Fuck Snivy I guess.
6: Kalos? All three get Megas in ZA (what did the Sinnoh starters get in Arceus..uhh...)
7. Alola? Only one Hisuian form, but exclusive Z moves for all three starters.
8. Galar? All get Gigantmax
9. Paldea? Just came out, so nothing yet (Exclusive moves is something at least).

So are the Sinnoh starters and Snivy just fucked?

realistically if there's another legends game the starters will probably be snivy/litten/popplio to round out the trio, but it's pokemon we're talking about so who really knows
