Of course I realize the games are objective garbage, but I can't help myself and end up enjoying the new games regardless, clocking in 100-200 hours per title.
On this board, X and IRL, I keep telling everyone how these new games are unacceptable. I still remember debating with people who were defending the games performance, claiming having two mons in a turn-based game requires less power than 16-player Smash Bros. and hence one is 1080p/60fps and the other is 720p/30fps.

I played shitty fan-translated Gold and Silver roms before the games came out in the west. Only real fans are dedicated enough to do what I did, like the people who played leaked ZA before launch.

Same anon, I atleast make 4 threads per release saying the game is inexcusable, that it's low effort trash. Even if I do like parts of them, I keep them to myself to not give them any leeway. But I can't help but enjoy every new game because it's pokemon. I'm addicted, but I atleast have enough self control to not shill uncontrollably.
