Are Alphas even vaulable/useful? I know they have higher starting stats but they seem undesireable (difficult to reach spots and huge hitboxes to exploit)

So the way to shiny hunt in this game is to keep spamming teleport on the same location and eventually a bunch of Pokémon inside will be shiny? I don't have to check inside the zone at all, just keep spamming teleport?

I tried looking it up, found a thing that said all static encounters are shiny locked but these don't seem to be static encounters since you don't have to interact with them to battle. Going in and out of the house is super fast so if they can roll as shiny then it would be a faster method of getting a shiny gengar.
