Because there are cooler Psychic-types at this point. If I really wanted to use a mono-Psychic Pokemon, there's Hypno or Espathra or Epsurr that don't force me to babysit a Normal-type with no access to any of the moves I'd want to put on it for the endgame.And if it's for competitive, whether it's Omgon or VGC, it's just outclassed.
