People in the lower ranks play retarded its not until the higher ranks that you start encountering shit like waterfall gyarados, draining kiss gardevoirs, trapping moves, fly into dragon rush dragonites etc.Make sure you’ve unlocked mega, Have a good mon with good kill moves and teleport moves emboar and feraligatr both have this (aqua jet and heat crash), have a good zoning mon with sp atks lile gardevoir or alakazam that can also heal itself and you’re good.When you’re ready to get serious max their speed and atk/sp atk evs and you’re golden
Hit K, feel no obligation to go back. Is pretty gud tho, might return in a few days to grind for the apriballs just in case.Gyarados and Charizard are free farming for my Gardevoir via Thunderbolt and are boring otherwise. The one time I didn't get the 'meta' from the other three players was the most chaotic, brutal and fun match by far, and the best thing about this game besides the cool setpieces for the story's finale.Now if only getting Bottle Caps for my campaign team wasn't a bitch prior to them inevitably giving them away by the time Mega Dimension hits. At least EVs are comically cheap this time.
