the masculine urge to use gyarados even when you picked water
>>
>>58480566
I did in SV
>>
>>58480566
But I already did in BW's postgame
...and X's postgame
...and Heart Gold
...and Fire Red
...and PLA
...and Scarlet
...and used it on the side in Blue

Maybe I SHOULDN'T use Gyarados for once
>>
>>58480566
This but with magnemite. That typing and sturdy thunder wave are just too good to pass up.

the masculine urge to select the fire starter

He'll never be any good.
It hurts.

>Starmie
>Slowking
>Crawdaunt/Ludicolo
>Floatzel/Gastrodon
>Seismitoad
>Greninja/Clawitzer
>Primarina/Araquanid
>Drednaw
>Didn’t use a Water Type in Paldea
Don’t think I’ve ever used Gyarados now that I think about it
>>

Using physical attackers without physical stab in gens 1-3 is peak
>>
>>58483304
it had thrash. all you need
>>
i do this in most games
it's just too damn good
>>
>>58480566
Kyogre is better
>>
>>58483309
>Can't use it until the 8th Gym
>Post-game in Emerald

Sure but 9/10 casual playthroughs will use literally any other Water type than just relying on Kyogre
>>
>>58483309
>have to see the "the downpour continues" message every turn for ingame opponents

it's shit for this alone
>>
>>58480566
There's no other good water types in ZA that aren't Blastoise or Slowbro
>>
>>58480566
I don't even like it that much but my favorite water types are Milotic and Swampert who tend to be unavailable while Gyarados is always there.

>Don’t think I’ve ever used Gyarados
This isn't a coming out thread anon
>>
It is too OP so I try to ignore him. Super powerful and easy to get.
>>
>>58483599
Oh well it’s there now. Deal with it
>>
The masculine urge to put thunder punch on every single one of my Pokemon to exterminate Gyarados
>>
>>58480566
he's just too fucking ugly for me and I don't like using mons with 4X weaknesses
>>
>>58480566
dragon rage is insanely broken when you are low level
>>
I admit, I'm addicted to Moxie gyarados.
Single-handedly solves most if no all problems, and for the ones that he can't, it's just because rain isn't set.
>>

it's amazing that finding magnemite in virbank makes or breaks a lot of BW2 nuzlockes
>sturdy gives you sturdy
>magnet pull gives you a license to print steel types

Gyarados is one of the most based Pokémon ever.
>>

>Maybe I SHOULDN'T use Gyarados for once
yeah probably. Have you considered mega Gyarados?
>>
>>58482312
Magnemite is cool, Gyarados is not.
