>chandelure is a chandelier with purple fire>mega evolves>more chandelier>more purple fireabsolute cinema
People are so nostalgiawashed that they don't realize mega evolution as a gimmick is just flanderization in not so many words
>>58484310This is one of my least favorite new Megas. It looks like an overdesigned fan design.
>>58484315Speak english slop for brains
>>58484310>place>place, japanif it were a pokemon type combination
>>58484322ikr? we need more megas like starmie so i can get upvotes by saying it grew on me
>>58484315It’s like a super saiyan form so I like it.
>>58484322it's just a fancy chandelier, you can find ones that look exactly like this in any expensive hotel on earth, you people don't like anything
>>58484346>ikr? we need more well designed megasCorrect.
>>58484335What part of my post is confusing to you?
L: Z-A fixed my main problem with ME in Gen 6. Other trainers wield it, use it against you and it's not just a foisted gimmick you could use in-playthrough, but is in no way actually required to beat the game with like ME was in XY and ORAS until you were arsed playing online and actually facing fucks using it every time vs you.
>>58484315Megas are just a combination of>mon gets bigger>mon gets some extra bits/spikes stuck onWhat a shocking development
>>58484322It lacks any serious ornate embellishments. try searching ''french chandelier'' now those are infinitely more detailed.
>>58484395You have to mega exactly twice in the entire story, and only one time is an actual battleThrice if you get filtered by the Absol fight
>>58484310There's nothing wrong with this mega but it also has nothing going for it, it's just boring
>>58484426I really like the eye detail though, looks amazing on a shiny one
>>58484310Although I don't get why one of its eyes isn't yellow anymore?
>>58484441Read the dex entry
>>58484416Every Named trainer in the Z-A tournament after Vinnie uses a Mega, every Z-A Royale trainer past a certain rank uses a Mega against you, the game treats them as more a part of the world, than the games introducing them, where they were essentially lore, the bulk of the stones were locked to post-game and they made it laughably difficult for solo players to get most of them. They're a gimmick, yes. But now less of a shoe-horned abandoned concept as they initially were and more in line with the ones introduced after, where they at least established them as part of the world and wielded by significant trainers you faced.
>>58484441One of it's eyes is a portal to the underworld. too lazy to screenshot, go read the dex entry yourself if you don't believe.
>>58484452>every Z-A Royale trainer past a certain rank uses a Mega against youThis is wrong, but its a certain percent, at least in infinite royale
>>58484452Lorewise low distribution makes sense in XY because it's the hip, newly discovered thing (despite there being an ancient tower of masters somehow) and the rings are handcrafted by reclusive monks or whatever.ZA being set way later fixes both with the power of industrialization. My main issue with megas is that they introduced the dumb concept of generational gimmicks, while also severely limiting access to said gimmick to very few mons.
>>58484451>One of its eyes is a window linking our world with the afterlife. This Pokémon draws in hatred and converts it into power. I'm spooked.
>>58484441>>58484506I get the lore reason but I still think it looks weird. The “looking into the underworld” eye should’ve been all fiery or something.
>>58484530While you're right, we also all know that if this was the case /vp/ would be shitting on the design 24/7 for being "le heccin SANS reference meme mon"
