I think those ability leaks were fake. But also Chandelure was the first Pokemon that wasn't the Wobbuffet line to have Shadow Tag, it just didn't get its HA until Gen 7 when it was changed to Infiltrator.

Trades some speed for bulk, with a pretty good typing. If it gets a non-ability like infiltrate it'll be low OU or BL, if it gets something good like Levitate, it'll be high OU, if it gets shadow tag, yeeted to ubers.
