I chose Tepig.And no joke, picking Tepig turns ZA into a steamroll fest.>Rollout makes the foe miss most physical attacks.>Early battles are just free exp>You don't need to move much since the roll out and other moves that tosses it around takes the projectory away from youI love Tepig but it showed me how they didn't really thought this through. I didn't had to move around 80% of the time in battles, which feels redundant.

>>58490295I started with Chikorita since I always pick Grass starters, but around the time you meet Emma, I went back and restarted with Totodile. I had already used Chikorita before in Johto, so figured I would try using a new starter. Played all the way up to the Rogue Absol battle, but it just did not feel right with Feraligatr. That, and its Mega Evolution SUCKS. AND I had actually caught a Shiny Flabebe like two hours into the Chikorita save.So I eventually went back to the Chikorita save and have been playing it ever since. Just feels more "right" to me. Autism, I know.
