Put it in a game that also has a mon with an ability like neutralizing gas, where all the other abilities are disabled while that mon is on the field. Done. Simple. That’s all it takes. Would still be bad in singles but slow start is absolutely part of its identity and everyone trying to change it to fewer turns or something is missing that.
