February is a bit away so I think they'll do a small update and add Mewtwo to a unique location to hold us over.Maybe the same with the other two, but I'm confident with Mewtwo.
probably won't be DLC exclusive, since there are sidequests for mewtwo and diancie actually fully present in the game's data. don't know if the same applies for volcanion though

I can’t fucking wait for a new chance at getting volcanion, i have one from the original event but i fucking redeemed the code in ORAS so it says it came from Hoenn and i want one from Kalos, this one will probably say, it came from lumiose city and that’s good enough for me
