Volo. Despite me not loving most of PLA, Volo is a character with the most long term potential that Pokémon created. I think Gamefreak lacks long term vision with their games but especially their characters. Volo is the exception and I feel like he will be one of the few villains that make a multigenerational main story return

>>58509054Alder In BW you can battle him in the postgame and officially take the Champion title but he already lost to N. In BW2 he's retired. Red and Blue in Gen 2 count. Let's Go has Red, Blue and Green but I don't recall if they say they've all beat the Pokemon League or not.

When you evolve him into Urshifu, he's able to go all out with you. First time I had a genuine challenge in a long time. >Volo and CylleneI liked that rhe roles were reversed.
