Almost every shit mega from XY, ORAS, and PLZA feels shit because there was no room left to fit in mega design elements.Flygon however DOES feel like you could fit more in though, at this point he hasnt got one probably because either all the fanart making it impossible or a worry they wont meet fan expectation on such a popular mon (albeit popular only in the west and only among a specific demographic within the west).This is why out of the leaked DLC megas, I am most excited for Baxcalibur (a mon I dont really like) and most worried about Golisopod (a mon I like), not because of the fact I like or dislike them, but because Baxcalibur has a very unfinished feeling design with a lot of blank squishy space that can be expanded on, while Golisopod feels fully finished and at most they can just tweak his proportions which will probably look goofy.

Flygon fan here, I’ve felt attacked ever since Garchomp was introduced and was basically better than Flygon in every way besides some niche stuff. Now Garchomp is cool and all but it getting a mega, one that a lot of people just ignored outright until ZA, over Flygon has always been sad
