What species of Pokemon laid the egg used for sandwich ingredients?
>>
real birds, pokemon aren't used for food.
>>

>pokemon aren't used for food.
Clearly those eggs are infertile so no Pokemon were eaten, eggs are usually considered vegetarian but not vegan
>>
>>58511227
There are no regular animals in the Pokemon world
>>
probably chansey, whose eggs are noted to be edible
>>
>>58511227
There are numerous instances of fish pokemon being said to be eaten in the pokedex and there are no non-pokemon animals since gen 1-2 you fucking retard
>>
>>58511968
>since Gen 1-2
Gen 8.
Indian elephants get referenced up until Pokemon Sun, and get revised to Copperjah in Arceus.

Not updating the indian elephant bullshit doesn't change the fact they decided pokemon replaced animals loooooong ago, retard.

Given it looks like a regular chicken egg I would assume the Torchic line or Pidove line (if the pheasant elements are present enough), otherwise just assume it’s some unseen Chicken Pokemon from Generation 17 or some shit

The book you're referencing says there is no pokemon food chain

lmao
The food chain not being depicted in the anime doesn't mean there's no food chain. And even the anime ignored that sometimes.
Not to mention the games confirmed people eat pokemon flesh back in gen 2 with Slowpoke tails.
>>
>>58512726
>"There is no food chain"
>Just because they don't show the food chain that is explicitly stated to not be there doesn't mean it isn't there

okay man

>"There is no food chain"
Your pic does not say that. I'm sorry you can't read.
>redditspacing
Nah I'm not sorry, fuck off and never come back here.
>>
>>58512302
>not updating the Indian Elephant bullshit
The last time that Pokedex entry was used was in FIRE RED. They pretty deliberately brought that shit back.

>>58512806
>redditspacing
Firstly, that's not Reddit spacing, good job.
Secondly, even Moot did "reddit spacing." It does wonders for readability, even when there isn't a constraint.
>>
>>58512726
Don't people eat Farfetch'd in gen 1 too?
Also the gen 1 games say that Pokemon eat other Pokemon (and even drink human blood), so they 100% eat each other.
>>
>>58512675
>Special care is taken to ensure that the food is not animal-based
>>
>>58512832
Plenty of Pokemon prey on others. Cramorant will eat anything it can stuff down its gullet, though its primary food is Arrokuda. Its ability covers this. Rayquaza eat Minior. Mareanie eat Corsola, and Bruxish prey on Mareanie.

>"It is important to be aware of these distinctions among product lines and not mix elements from one medium into another."
>Anon is still mixing the anime canon and the game canon into one
lol
>>
>>58512830
Firstly, that's redditspacing. Secondly, there's no readability to gain from separating the greentext from the normal text like that. You aren't writing a book's paragraphs with multiples points to address separately, you are randomly adding useless space because you are used to how plebbit works. Now leave.

Farfetch'd is literally named after a japanese idiom refering to something extremely convenient by referring to a duck carrying onions itself (so you can easily kill it and cook it).
Galarians eat slowpoke tails like kanto-johtonians too.
Paldeans have delicious klawf al ajillo.

Not only pokemon eat themselves, humans eat pokemon. Why wouldn't they? Pokemon are that world's animals.
