You can't have anything like a cool Pokemon, or a silly Pokemon, it's nothing but lazy memes designed to go viral on twitter. You can tell by the amount of people here calling Dunsparce a jokemon when it never was. It was a goofier design but the Pokemon itself wasn't meant to be a joke. Very few Pokemon were actually ever made to be this. Most people on /vp/ can't even identify the difference between a goofy design and a joke design.
