Really I think you could even raise its speed to base 40 or 50 and it would still be good with that ability on a TR team. Incineroar is the biggest wall for TR teams and they usually involve Torkoal, Calyrex, Ursaluna, or psy-spam. Being able to burn incin and hit it with STAB rock moves, or even just neutral fire damage on switch in would give Magmollusk a reason to be used, without being overcentralizing.
