Why has nobody mentioned that Scolipede can no longer learn Bulldoze in Z-A? When I bring it up people just say stupid shit like "durrrr teach it earfkwayke instead!!!" and yeah, it's a better move, but that's not the point. bulldoze is nice coverage and i get it earlier in the game. i haven't played much of the switch generation of pokemon games, but has it become commonplace to just remove moves that pokemon were able to learn in multiple generations before? what's gonna happen if i transfer an old scolipede with bulldoze into z-a when home integration comes out?? i just don't get why it lost bulldoze yet can still use earthquake, it feels like an oversight.

Because the legends games have fuckass movepools for some reason that only unpopular Pokemon get singled out for.

Legends games have extremely limited move pools so it not worth worrying about until Champions hits.

That's what Home does. However due to extended translation support in ZA that Scolipede won't be able to go back to SwSh again cause Gamefreak are hacks.
