That’s because the Gen 6 megas were made out of respect. The Pokémon in Gen 6 got them specifically because Game Freak considered them the most important pokemon in the franchise. The ZA megas only exist out of obligation because babies kept crying for over a decade for mega to return, so game freak had to give megas to a bunch of unworthy DEI fodder to fill out the mega roaster hence all why there so many memes, jokes, and boring megas this time around
