I do not understand why ZA just doesn’t have an antagonistic team, there’s already pretty much the perfect setup for a monster style antagonist team, hell, Rust Syndicate even has grunts they just don’t use them enough. The game has indentured servitude, those in power enforcing unpopular policies against the will of the people, loan sharks, etc. Hell it doesn’t even have to be tied to Zygarde cause it has its own plot.
