Game Freak absolutely hates some Pokémon, but in Skarmory’s case it’s that game freak is so incompetent that even the Pokémon they try to shill are catching strays.
I saw this slight redesign get posted the other day, I thought it was fairly interesting in spite of how basic it is, at least it's visually distinct from regular Skarmory and doesn't just add retarded fuckhuge talons, I still don't think it's good because it doesn't focus on Skarmory's bladed feathers for some bizarre reason.
