Also, the café method is good but considering you have to do 15 of those infinite royale's anyway to get Eternal Floette, you may as well kill two birds with one stone. Maybe you'll get lucky and get some apriballs along the way too.

Even the ones that can spawn in place of Hawlucha are 0% despite Hawlucha being a 20% chance to be alpha. Generally, the rule seems to be if it's in a wild zone or the sewers it can't be alpha in the city. The exception is Larvitar but the zone 15 ones are sorta meant to be secret
