I hate fairy because it nerfed Ice
Ice was meant to be the dragon killer. It and Dragon itself were the only things that worked on it. Now if you want to deal with dragons though fairy is just so much better

fairy is a strong typing but steel is still better even after they removed its ghost and dark resists
if anything the issue with bug types is that they just need some stronger tools; at the very least some better, more widespread moves. hell, give them their own terrain, there's a lot of untapped potential beyond the four we currently have
