He was actually usable during the first DLC of SWSH, because Choice Specs Boomburst could actually oneshot Urshifu, he just needed Tailwind support. It's too bad he didn't get into SV because he probably would've liked Tera Normal.I'm not sure a Mega would improve Exploud because it might be inferior to Choice Specs damage wise, and it would definitely be inferior to Tera Normal Choice Specs.
Introduce a new item that makes the user permanently confused.It has an additional effect of giving Spinda a 2x omniboost when held. Change its Own Tempo ability to something that doesn't completely circumvent the drawback, like Dancer, Unaware, or a new ability that makes it hit the enemy in confusion instead.
